TAKE ME AS I AM - Fine Art Print

TAKE ME AS I AM came from a place of pleading and prayer. During the time of creation, Sophie was feeling insecure in herself, both physically and mentally. The title was inspired by the words of a professor during a critique on the piece. 

Sophie Pearson’s work revolves around the experience of living in a fat body as a child into adulthood. In painting, she creates images which are personal to her but relatable to many. Each painting is heavily up to interpretation based on the lived experiences of each and every viewer.
