About the artist:

César’s art is grounded in Black & Indigenous liberation, bucking every dogwhistle of White supremacy, thorough decolonization, disability justice, kink, trauma, Queerness, and every gender identity under the sun. He’s fat and delighted to be in his body at any size.

He makes art at his desk in Portland, Oregon. Under that desk is Sebastian, a Chow-Shepherd mix, and Abbey, a tuxedo cat with more opinions than her human does.

César only believes in light-blue Puerto Rican flags.
